continuing with my cut-paper chibi 1920's fan art i decided to do my favorite police girl as a 1920's gangster with a Tommy gun, pluss since alucard and walter get to dress 1920-30's style why cant seras too. on another note, i making the yellow suite for my seras cosplay for next year. hope it turns out ok
